those formalistic "performance reviews" type concepts from the wagie culture almostĀ never reflect true value of the worker. i ve been in a similar situation once briefly (the only male with, strictly speaking, an identical position as 5 other angels) and i quickly realized they are just blindly following what they learned from their mentors like monkeys, with added value 404. i ve made more impact than all of them combined like 5 times per day. of course, no "review" or "internal analysis" was constructed intelligently enough for it to show when, in reality, they were janitors, and i was the ceo contribution-wise.
