but also i call bullshit on the performance reviews part, clearly the company does not see you as high value if those were your raises

that extra money is because he won't be throwing up or crying whenever things get a little heated, no maternity leave, cramps, or other bullshit like that either because wymxn aren't biologically or anatomically suited for work

also for making sure that instead of whining on twitter or threatening to sue, they would have the presence of mind to take their concerns directly to management and use it as leverage for a higher salary

of course it's bullshit. why do you think she's weeping about this on reddit, instead of confronting her boss and colleagues? because she knows that she'd be cringed at as delusional if she did that.

those formalistic "performance reviews" type concepts from the wagie culture almost never reflect true value of the worker. i ve been in a similar situation once briefly (the only male with, strictly speaking, an identical position as 5 other angels) and i quickly realized they are just blindly following what they learned from their mentors like monkeys, with added value 404. i ve made more impact than all of them combined like 5 times per day. of course, no "review" or "internal analysis" was constructed intelligently enough for it to show when, in reality, they were janitors, and i was the ceo contribution-wise.

in my experience performance reviews reflect exactly how the company sees the worker. yes, it's incredibly gay corpo bullshit. but it communicates role expectations and the motivation behind raises/bonuses/promotions

i'd bet half of my net worth (6.75+ million as of friday) that she is significantly less capable and useful than the guy in actual cope-free reality. her being his mentor initially absolutely doesnt mean he couldnt have picked up on the work that needs to be done and become much more of an asset than her, lmao. > angels > logic
