of course it's bullshit. why do you think she's weeping about this on reddit, instead of confronting her boss and colleagues? because she knows that she'd be cringed at as delusional if she did that.

those formalistic "performance reviews" type concepts from the wagie culture almost never reflect true value of the worker. i ve been in a similar situation once briefly (the only male with, strictly speaking, an identical position as 5 other angels) and i quickly realized they are just blindly following what they learned from their mentors like monkeys, with added value 404. i ve made more impact than all of them combined like 5 times per day. of course, no "review" or "internal analysis" was constructed intelligently enough for it to show when, in reality, they were janitors, and i was the ceo contribution-wise.
