How gay is this workout?

(Performed consecutively, 3+ sets with 2min break)
1. 4 plank walk-outs
2. 10 shoulder taps
3. 4 plank walk outs 
4. 10 plank arm raises
5. 4 plank walkouts
6. 10 plank rotations
Repeat

It apparently targets abs and shoulders, which is all you need imo. Gym maxing is not an option because no car, and broke, and I’m too lazy.
