I struggle to connect with other people irl

I always act shy and timid and some people misread that for me showing no interest.

Truth is, idk what to say,,, I'm always cautious not to step over some line, and make it seem awkward. 

The looks don't help, I really can't imagine myself acting loud and extroverted like most normies do.
