My diet to lose 30lbs in 2 months

My height 182cm
Starting weight 1 week ago 84kg
My weight now 82kg

70kg is goal weight 

Cottage cheese 1 cup, 250 calories
7 eggs, 490 calories
2 tuna can, 240 calories
2 salmon, 300 calories
2 cups milk, 240 calories

Then oranges and broccoli, don't know calories probably 200-300

+20,000 steps walking daily

And push ups, pull ups, sprints 4x a week 

Rate it, insane fat loss diet
