Why aren't more people out in nature considering the internet is worthless?

I resonate with Christopher mccandless when he says "happiness is only real when shared," and he was a prolific nomad and adventurer. moments with others. end of day, you need to seek companionship in some way,, problem is I can't form a genuine, emotional connection with anyone.
