i went from 300 to 220 in 2023 and my diet wasn't perfect. i only regained because school ended and i had no thu-ha. if my diet is perfect and i stick with it then i'll keep losing. the most important thing: the diet change and being in ketosis long term. i failed my previous diets because i was eating carbs and sugar. my longest fast only lasted 67 days because i was drinking juice (not cold-pressed or homemade) with sugar in it
