you want me to eat the same shit i've been eating my whole life just less of it. that won't work and i don't have that kind of self-control. i need to change my diet and become fat adapted. no sugar will cure my acanthosis nigricans. getting out of morbid obesity fast is far better for my health than 'eat the delicious foods you like and lose weight slowly'. i can have a cheat day once every two weeks when i'm at a normal weight. nothing tastes as good as not being obese when i turn 40 will feel

i give you honest advice but you refuse to take it

did you get to 265 in a matter of a few weeks or a few months? no, because the body doesn't work like that. it takes years to get to that weight. likewise, rapid weight loss is a pipe dream shilled by scammers. first, you must accept that it's not your fault. you've done nothing wrong. you need to forgive yourself and stop punishing yourself. only then can the healing begin.

what you're trying to do hasn't been done before, because it cannot be done. it's not a lack of willpower on your part. obesity is a medical condition that requires a professional approach. it's not something you can just power through. the hunger pangs are painful and the body doesn't like change.

the only medically accepted method to bring your weight to the level you want it to be is take a scientific approach and see a doctor. if advised, there are many aids that can make the process easier. there are weight loss drugs that can help control appetite. also, you might want to consult a doctor to see if you have adhd. i am not a doctor but i think you are showing symptoms. if you get a positive diagnosis, adhd medication can help with weight loss because it curbs appetite. and the primary benefit is that you'll have a better sense of direction in life

anyway only you can decide how serious you are about this, and whether it's finally time to get it done. otherwise, you can just keep making failed weight loss threads like you've been doing for the past 10 years

and not only does the method i suggested work, it is the only accepted method as far as i know. don't worry about self-control, you can do it, and there are doctors and medications that can help

stop trying to fight this fight alone. there is no shame in seeking help. if you make the right decisions, you can be under 200 in early 2026 effortlessly and that's not bad at all if you ask me

i went from 300 to 220 in 2023 and my diet wasn't perfect. i only regained because school ended and i had no thu-ha. if my diet is perfect and i stick with it then i'll keep losing. the most important thing: the diet change and being in ketosis long term. i failed my previous diets because i was eating carbs and sugar. my longest fast only lasted 67 days because i was drinking juice (not cold-pressed or homemade) with sugar in it

you are not a doctor. you don't know the "most important thing." ketosis is not sustainable long-term, and there is no evidence that the short-term weight loss caused by ketosis lasts long-term
