If u want crunch time take nicotine or low dose (important) piracetam , those increase cholinergic excitation for a set amount of time. The paradigm that cholinergic excitation facilitates learning is true but it does this through taxing the CNS . You do not want it to be prolonged, just like exercise is good for 30 minutes ur heart rate etc gets higher, but u dont want ur heart rate high throughout the day.
