So does anyone like eating those? How do you prep them? I heard they are the best source of naturally occurring glutathione which is an antioxidant with anti-ageing and skin lightening effects. Not that I believe in any of that, just throwing the info out there, maybe someone has more to add.
Butter on a pan, garlic, some salt. Then I plate and put some pepper on top. As with the anti-aging stuff, that is true as long as you are eating a vegetable based diet. Low oxidative stress from the diet + less skin glycation + better regulation of LDL receptors ( typically if you eat balanced diet and limit saturated fats which is just easier on veg )
