Determinism doesn't imply an "it's over"/fatalistic worldview. In fact, random events could result in very fortunate outcomes.

It's only an issue if your Being is so weak that it can be destroyed by the realisation that there is no free will. Which is only the case for really stupid and mentally frail people

Completely wrong. This proves that because you don't have free will your life will be the same and you will not change it through free will and hard work, this proves making money and success are impossible.

This will not result in "very fortunate outcomes" or whatever cope you tell yourself, this will result in a small minority not having to work a day in their life while experiencing heaven while 2 billion starve.
