No atom can move in a way that isn't 100% pre-determined and caused by previous atoms. Physicists agree: if you know everything about a ball that is about to bounce off a wall, you can know exactly what will happen. And since your brain is not different in any fundamental way, that means with perfect information you could predict what your brain will do, it's pre-determined.
Counter arguments:
1. "but muh god" no get the fuck out.
2. "but what if I start acting different all of a sudden" you can't demonstrate any logical contradiction that entails for this, you acting different now can also easily be pre-determined.
3. "but quantum mechanics observations show that some particle movement looks random" That would mean, at best, your actions are random but that doesn't give you free will.
@MVP you're basically already in prison and aren't going to commit crime.
At least, even a large part of your own mind is not in your control.
