Interesting input of yours, @Honest . May I ask you why don't you think keto is ideal for long-term? I think you could be fine as long as you eat healthy foods.

I also read somewhere that vegetable oils can give cancer though.

I think keto can be stressful for the body over long periods. 

PUFAs in general are no good.
