Always funny when people like Honest comment on the Bible as “biblical and historical experts” without having first read or even knowing the existence of the book “Who rewrote the Bible?” by Dr. Lorraine Day (pbuh)

This is the analogy:

There is a very poorly re-written (and intentionally bastardized) version of an original film which is no longer archived, nowhere to be found 

Smug, self-assured nerds online and irl bicker over whose interpretation of the false/remade version is the correct one, meanwhile the original film remains undiscussed/unknown
