 Current diet and progress
#1
900 cals a day
only chicken and potatoes prepared with no oil
about 6-7g of salt a day
4liters of coke zero (2l with caffeine 2 without)
monster energy drink in the morning
20 cigs when the hunger starts kicking in
sleep protocol - magnesium bisglycinate, melatonin 10mg and ashwaganda help me sleep, i can get 7 hours of pretty solid sleep even though i am in deep starvation
gym - 3x a week, around 45mins, haven't noticed any muscle loss
physique progress - ab veins are kicking in, i am probably 2% leaner than i think since all the water weight from this absurd "diet" is fucking me over big time

You take melatonin everyday? Did you build up a tolerance?

I usually don't need this much when I am not in starvation mode, ig 3-5mg is totally enough in my case when I am not cutting, I did build up a slight tolerance as in I could easily notice a difference in my sleep when I just started with 1mg whereas I do need at least 3mg these days.
