I am not a heavy drinker but I did go overboard a few months ago, I noticed a few health issues/symptoms and I did an endoscopy and it turns out my stomach lining is roasted, really put it into perspective how dumb what I am doing really is.

i did a full blood test 12 months ago and my liver enzyme values were 3x the maximum in the normal range. ramped up on drinking significantly since then
