The number one rule of wrinkle maxing is dedication and consistency. Without that you will FAIL. Here is my daily regimen for wrinkle maxxing, I do this at least once day but hopefully more if I’m feeling motivated. It’s been three years and I already have significant results.
Hold wide smile for 5 minutes
10 sets of squinting
20 sets of furrowing eyebrows
Squinch nose for 10 minutes
20 sets of nostril expanding
Hold eyes wide (for forehead wrinkles) for 10 minutes
This basically covers everything.. nose, eyes, forehead, mouth. Also remember to smile and make exaggerated eye expressions as much as possible throughout the day. As I said I have been wrinkle maxxing for three years and I already have the face of a 45 year old at only 19. You can do it!
