like i noticed im taking too much vitamin b6, so i reduced it

i noticed magnesium citrate is better than magnesium oxide

i thought im taking too much magnesium, then i found a doctor who said, i dont, all fine

i noticed folic acid im also taking too much, reduced it

i noticed i get too little potassium, increased it

u gotta experiment and play around with everything

i have skimmed milk for all my potassium

if you take these awesome supplements it's a great idea to be constantly adjusting based on new information and also how you feel
