if i do full body 2 or 3x a week
usually do 4x8 sets to failure. and small accesories upright rows or lateral raises 4x12, am i overtraining myself by any chance?
i dont overeat protein, i probably eat like 80-100g a day, and focus on vitamin/mineral density instead.
i am getting stronger but had shit workout today, couldnt make past 6-7 couple of times

i mean as long as im gymcelling its already more than good enaugh, but may aswell make it count because i obviously despite it

I also did similar routines but @hurt told me it was better to do individual sets of muscles or follow the main splits. 


I feel like my workouts have been better after now doing a push, pull, legs routine
