my first concern is fat (food, alcohol), anyway, i'll focus on cardio during the summer

just buy a piece of rope and do jumping rope

Crazy cardio, you can even do it inside your apartment

nah, i have nice places for jogging right next to where i live

it will do for 3-4 months, together with not stuffing myself with calories like a pig

easier said than done

all the weight I've lost through months of restricting and workout out, I've gained back within a couple of weeks

weight loss is so difficult, you need to completely change your lifestyle permanently in order to be lean

I agree

Read some study a while ago, it said that vast majority of people who struggle with weight never really become lean. Dont remember the exact percentage, but it was really discouraging

10khitman, i agree. 2 kg can be worth the effort for maybe 2 weeks even if you are weak af to begin with

but the kettlebell however is a mogger machine.

look up mark wildman on youtube and follow his free videos. he has a clear plan for everyone, and he explains all the technique and mechanisms and why to do it a certain way. very practical no bs guy. very formative and explanative and the best part is he thinks just like us, probably is a ex-psl member too.

That weight will do absolutely nothing for forearms im sorry

Try it out, do 50 sets of reverse wrist curls in the most proper form

Thats a 5lb dumbell, maybe if u do 200reps it will give u a pump but thats just inefficient long term

wrist curls hurt like a bitch, im not sure if you've done them. but yeah not for long term. obviously like the first few weeks until he gets bigger weights.
