3. he is 99.9999999999% sure i m drinking heavily just from my other tests and appearance alone fucking anyway

the real reason is i needed an excuse to spend a couple of hours outside that wouldn't immediately make my mom think "the retard is getting wasted somewhere like a hobo". and coming back from the doctor with a prescription and a receipt at least normalized that suspicion
