it’s over bros. I thought i could keep cutting. Ill go mild deficit or maintenance today to try and reset hunger

First part of the day is easy, but evenings I start stacking unnecessary meals

The fact that I had my 300 kcal cereal and am drinking espresso now, is in deficit given the 8 hours I've had today to burn 800 kcal.

cereal will get you shredded if you use skimmed milk or water
