I also have these mood problems on my diet.

I remember back in 2022 I left an angry comment on UK's immigration application. Because I was dieting.

Maybe I'm now banished for life (theirs of course, since I'm immortal)

I felt a Flutter in my chest half an hour ago so I started using my apple watch ECG

But I think it was just my heart shrinking because I'm no longer a land huwhale

I want to gain weight, that's really hard for me

I could theoretically eat mass gainers and stuff my face with every meal but I'd feel like shit. I mean putting on just a little bit of bulk and some muscle whilst maintaining that without active effort.

That is very hard for me. I could get to 50 kilos Ina few days if I wanted to without feeling any negative effects however

I can put on the pants now but it's not comfy.

I'm amazed E-40 still raps and I listened to him over 30 years ago. Anyway he is still fat which inspires me to lose weight

Someone IRL told me to "just eat more" yesterday when I went out for lunch, what's even worse than unsolicited advice is unsolicited advice with a hint of condescension. I said that I feel too full and he started listing out alternatives in this know-it-all manner as if I hadn't thought of 'em ( and tried most of 'em ).

I said "just sybau" but I actually vocalized the abbrev "sybau"
