Always have a good posture

I literally severely damaged my spine through bad posture, and often have tremendous pain now.
A correct posture is severely underrated.
Also go for a 1 hour walk every day.
Stretch all your body parts, strenghten your muscles. im doing physiotherapy now.
Lose weight if ur overweight.
