Shadowboxing is not heavy on the joints, and its one of the higher burning activities.

I have a torn meniscus. Running is painful, so I do shadow kickbox instead after good stretching. No issues.

I’ll have to check it out. I used to enjoy skiing but haven’t been in ages. I’d like to go this season but it’s almost over and I still have residual sx/sequelae, otherwise I’d be doing it rn. Might not be able to solve matrices anymore but I’d like to at least be active.

I did try boxing once, just on thr bag and it was surprisingly intense in terms of a cardio workout. I imagine showkickbixing is similar.

What does income have to do with these exercises? Didn’t you post pics of your bank account balance the other day in a boastful manner?

I know you like basketball but do you play too or just watch? Indoor vs outdoor court
