Getting very little sleep lately
#1
Falling asleep at 2-3 am and waking up at 6 am for the past week.

I can feel some fatigue building up, not sure where this is gonna lead.

And the weird thing is i started taking jewpills to help me sleep supposedly, yet the issue's gotten worse .

just b neet and sleep whenever u want = always get 9h on average even if ur rhythm violently differs from week to week, every day u stay awake for as long as u want till ur so dead tired dat u'll automatically sleep for as long as needed

also, smoking helps, nicotine increases rem sleep, buy those pouches, supposedly it's on da same level as or better than melatonin for deep rest

I was the same, ask for Dayvigo

No tolerance build up, no metabolic sides, directly bonds to orexin receptors to reduce wakefulness

Only problem is that you'll feel sluggish the next morning but it's not a big deal

It's specifically used for insomnia

maintaining circadian rhythm is more important than total hours spent sleeping (to a point)

idk sounds like cope, our ancestors were nomads so their rhythm changed everytime they entered a new area, for example did u know dat staying awake past ur usual bedtime has antidepressant effects and temporarily increases neuroplasticity.

Take 5-7.5 mg mirtazapine for sleep but don't use it everyday. Only use it to fix your sleep or when you can't sleep. it feels so bad if you take daily
