c increasing iq is not worth the effort, especially cuz it ruins frequency, doesnt make u at hundred percent,  if u fokus on x u miss out on y, get smarter without doing anything etc, since there is no limit u would always be in pain,diminishing returns etc and success is by far not even guaranteed total scam, not to mention iq also comes with disadvantages
