c increasing iq is not worth the effort, especially cuz it ruins frequency, doesnt make u at hundred percent, if u fokus on x u miss out on y, get smarter without doing anything etc, since there is no limit u would always be in pain,diminishing returns etc and success is by far not even guaranteed total scam, not to mention iq also comes with disadvantages

Slow steady increase is optimal. Just don't go all out suddenly because you will burn out.

true you can lower it
