that extra money is because he won't be throwing up or crying whenever things get a little heated, no maternity leave, cramps, or other bullshit like that either because wymxn aren't biologically or anatomically suited for work
also for making sure that instead of whining on twitter or threatening to sue, they would have the presence of mind to take their concerns directly to management and use it as leverage for a higher salary
