literally took me 6 months to achieve this from the weakest ive ever been, didn't even have to give up alcohol + have been sleeping on side walks this whole time with chronic lung infection

cant see the pic, but yeah, i m starting today (officially from tomorrow)

decided not to buy any alc today, my body just needs rest from that insane stuffing. just dropping drinking will fix my food intake too (no more insane appetite spikes).

i don't think i m consuming any, tbh. my diet isnt even that bad aside from ordering pizzas too often and simply eating too much because drinking turns you into a starved dog
