after doing calisthenics for some years i can easily climb fences and even to the roofs of homes, so it helped me out

no discouragement for healthy lifestyle btw, im talking gymcel bs with mantits and trunk legs+arms. you absolutely should be within 20-24 bmi and have flat stomach/abs

i can do burglary very easy
plus if Allah floods the world i will be able to climb to the top of the school roof and pray so he can spare me
also dogs can not chase me, i am too quick and able to jump fence without pausing
