and im consistent gymcel. it does only so much. you get better body, better health. look even better if you are gl.
other than that its not much. it doesnt make u money. its useless outside these above. too much is even bad.
why does manosphere treat it like some kind of modern church of manliness. cuz its easy to acess and percieved le manly? i swear its one of biggest mental mastrubations currently going on

if u take all this packaging away, its not that much.
my job is pretty ,,manly'' but if you take packaging(actually have seen phonk edits with ironworkers in vid jfl) from it, its just do x and get paid at end of the day.

after doing calisthenics for some years i can easily climb fences and even to the roofs of homes, so it helped me out

but what if i was office wagie instead of current kind. what else would it do health aside.
im obviously not gonna deny being healthy, but it requires more of not doing dumb shit, than doing 200lb squats
no discouragement for healthy lifestyle btw, im talking gymcel bs with mantits and trunk legs+arms. you absolutely should be within 20-24 bmi and have flat stomach/abs

it geniuely does fuckall past rando non heavyweight boxer body, which can be done in like 1 year tops with fucking around skipping gym etc, and probably 6-7 mo with high effort
and skinny to ripped doesnt do much life quality wise either, even if it did for me cuz im blue collar wagie. but its fat check not the muscle jfl

plus if Allah floods the world i will be able to climb to the top of the school roof and pray so he can spare me

also dogs can not chase me, i am too quick and able to jump fence without pausing
