I gave it 8 isometric exercises and it gave me a 4 day split, doing only two each day. On day 5 you repeat day 1 and so on. This is good if I’m currently totally sedentary and bloated, right? Isometrics are the lazy man’s workout, you don’t even have to move.

isometrics? what are you, an 80 years old cancer patient?
waste of time. Buy some cheap concrete plates for adjustable dumbbells, and do the 5-6 generic exercises that are proven to work.
