so here's the plan so far:

coffee and milk tea (800 calories) - 21 days
omad fat fast (1,000 calories) - 8 weeks
adf omad keto (1,200 calories) - 12 weeks

it's 4 pounds a month and you keep it off forever and it's low effort so you still eat everything you want Redstomper 

that's about 50 pounds a year and 100 pounds in two years
