Sleep is key - Honest - 05-12-2024 "sleep is key" - a mantra that has been playing in my head for the past week having been convinced of the necessity of a regular sleeping schedule (whose hours must at least partially align with the rising and setting of the sun) for the healthy functioning of the mind, and having suffered as a result of failing to take my own advice, i have embarked on a mission to become An Early Riser the embarkation of this mission has coincided with a great Vitality; i say 'coincided,' for i cannot ascertain whether my resolve to become An Early Riser sprang from an early-and-imperceptible form of this Vitality, or if it were the other way round, that this Vitality was produced by the embarkation of the mission either way, my sleeping schedule has never been so good, and only continues to improve, and has so far been associated with an unusually strong intellectual appetite (which had been all but dead during the past few months), as evidenced through my reading of over one thousand pages of literature over the past week, my disinterest (and increasing disgust) of cheap digital entertainments, and my sudden reinterest in the creation of art. i may even begin Walking again finally, and perhaps most interestingly for my readers here, i have moved beyond my disdain for normies - my disdain now encompasses all sleepy-headed dullards, regardless of whether or not they indulge in [STEREOTYPICAL NORMIE ACTIVITY 1 or STEREOTYPICAL NORMIE ACTIVITY 2]. Laughter and scattered applause from audience... A shout suddenly echoes throughout the hall, and silence descends on audience. Spotlight swivels off stage, revealing a short, unkempt man with a beerbelly standing on a balcony, shaking his fist in the air and uttering curses in what sounds to be a Balkan tongue. Audience gasps. [END OF ACT 1]
