I think I've got sleep apnea and my back gets sore when I sleep on my side.

100-105kg is realistic for improving face while keeping a good amount of strength 

I want to get lean (maybe high 80s?) so that I can start steroids cycle but idk if that’s realistic at all

im benching 105. but my wrists are like toothpicks so for me im lifting the equivalent of 137

lifting iron plates and putting them down for hours is really something only spiritually ascended beings can enjoy

you must have a job, because most wagies i know do this religiously
