Take forest walks, do grounding/EARTHING, stretching (increases ATP), mindfulness (not necessarily meditating) and soak in the sun sometimes and stop and smell the roses. It's PROVEN that humans do better IN NATURE generally.
It is obviously bad if you are indoors more than 16 hours a day for sure, and you do this day after day after day.....
