i usually try to lay in bed and sleep as much as possible, and use smartphone and laptop least possible

its just when i cannot do that i sit in front of laptop or smartphone

but i know these things are harmful

like only when its hard to lay down, i dont lay down, i always try to lay down as much as possible though

its like im sharing every single lifehack i use in a detailed way

its like every few minutes i check if im able to go to bed, if yes, i do

i scan the field like messi
