when im sleep deprived and stressed out I think of all the embarrassing or cringe things ive ever done

whenever I dont get enough sleep I always think of all the embarrassing or cringe things I ever did in the past, its really debilitating lol. meanwhile if I get good sleep and/or am in a good mood then I dont think about embarrassing things from the past at all. are you guys like this too?
