I thought about the matter of losing weight last night.

First of all even if the results were impeccable from the following perspective 1) the diet lasted only 2 months, not nine. 2) you became extremely fit, not just slightly

It's still possible that the 60 days were filled with Hunger and similar suffering.

So one should take it easy. The first thing is that 44% of the day is already cleared if you have no food from 01:30 until 12:00 other than a normal breakfast.

Eating regularly and relatively healthy is very important but impossible while wageslaving.

yeah. at best, you can stuff yourself with bread rolls in those 5 minute breaks, and that's disgusting

I think for me the issue is carbs, like sandwiches, pastry, pizzas etc

they have too many calories for their nutritional value, and make you feel hungry soon after

I think I'll just replace breakfast and dinner with a protein shake tbh

So far today, I had 1 stuffed pepper and some sweets.

My activity level was to go shopping for discounted pans.

If I keep this up, I should lose weight. Especially if -- now it's 15:21 hours -- I completely stop food at say 19:30 until the next day's breakfast.
