mirin forearms, btw

that's my biggest failo, i have the forearms of a 13 yo girl. it's easy to lose the belly or pump your biceps/triceps

Do more chest isolations maybe( your tricepa could be dominant) and lose like another 4 kg fat you would have an ideal body

Get to the gym and get fit tbh

It's a cope and it's cringe at the end of the day yeah but you only gotta go hard out for like a year and from there like once a week max to maintain your physique

gym is not an option. i have a malleable body (meso?) so even mild exercising would suffice, combined with diet ofc
