Put on some sounds that installs fear, dread, despair, anger, adrenaline. Any feeling that is associated with having to run very fast at a prey or from a threat (u will be prey sometimes)
Go to local park or even grass area. dont run on the track rather the grass. perfect area is a football field. the track is bullshit, u dont see that material in everyday life
and sprint from one end then walk or even jog to the other and do it 15 times. make sure you run with extreme emotion dont just run for the goal of getting faster in mind
thats how u get faster, very easy but extremely important if u dont want to be a cuck prey having to plead and beg against threats for your life. u can always escape non stop
THIS TRAINING SHOULD ALSO BE COUPLED WITH EVERYDAY MOVEMENT SCENARIO + BURGLAR TRAINING
Dont use Car or Bus unless you have to... just jog and when coast is clear sprint for some time to the local shop and things like this. *this will build stamina + leg strength to run on concrete*
