2 days ago I felt like shit, I felt this deep loneliness and sadness caused by the worst hormonal profile possible. It felt impossible to cure and felt like there is no escape from this prison of 4 walls and a life where nothing is fun

But today I want to go downtown near the sea and have fun with glasses wearing skinny alt girls who dress like they are from early 2000s

These rapid mood changes make me realize maybe I am not my pet - the poster boy of psl- regen like firstly anticipated but just a humble mvp regen instead

tbh this is kind of true for me. when im feeling anxious or frustrated I just go to the bar and have a few drinks and the buzz helps let my mind relax and let go of whats bothering me. it works, its a literal life hack for me. later on after im sober again I usually have a better perspective on what was troubling me and I can think more rationally about it

Drinking makes me feel empty if I'm sad. 

But more prone to being giggly if I was happy. Sleep and circadian rhythm always associated with my mood though so I try to keep that in check. 

Only problem is when I feel empty = I become extremely unmotivated and break all my routines so my sleep, workouts, diet etc all suffer and it becomes worse.
