Legit my diet is meat/eggs/seafood only + some fruit + sweet lime fruit juice without sugar
I feel so fucking amazing
I don’t get hungry I’m not tempeted by anything, I feel amazing basically
These are the immediate effects
Imagine the long term effects as I keep going (it’s not if, it’s as I keep going, yes I’ll stay this way forever)

I ate pickled herring yesterday together with some beans soup that was in the refrigerator from God known when.

OP hows the weightloss going. Assuming you are not eating processed stuff or carbs you should be shredding hard.

Yeah I lost 4kgs
Also I actually weighed myself and I was 112kg on day one of diet now Im at 108kg
Im eating insanely clean, so clean that even I feel energized after eating 1 simple Apple

Yeah mostly that but I also lost 1kg in weight I think because of low calorie intake and running
