Just realized im nearly blind with one eye

While laying on bed I closed one eye and tried reading text on my phone from 15cm away and couldn't see jack shit. Its over for my vision my unhealthy lifestyle is catching up

When I was in Lisbon in 2018, I realized I could clearly read street names with my right eye, but with the left it was blurry (from afar).

However later on in 2020 when I had my drivers license eye test, they did not prescribe any glasses.

My eyesight has been getting worse too
I have glasses to fix my slight presbyopia, mostly myopia but I don’t wear them (it was first only self induced myopia)
