is there a more scumbag thing to do? They are getting paid, but ok, they are lazy bums and don't want to work. But they are throwing people under the bus with their jackass behavior. They are absolute psychopaths and deserve to lose their jobs and end up homeless, then run into other unempathetic people like themselves.

imagine working for a paypal call center 

listening to a guy for 30 minutes to try and get you to see his side of the story, and then having the power to rule for/against them in the dispute. the guidelines for this stuff used to be a lot less stringent, it was sort of a game of who the other person on the line was. i don't think anyone uses paypal anymore, though

people who work at call centers are basically gods, and we're at their mercy
