[R18+] Are u considered high tier normie or chad lite if women regularly cold approach you?

Through no action of your own. No flirting, nothing. 

Bartenders, random women at convenience stores in broad daylight, coworkers (I guess that doesn't count as cold approach though) etc come up to you and ask for your number. 

But not Stacies. Just average or slightly above average looking women.

Is this in the realm of high tier normie or is it more of a chad lite thing?

I'm asking for a friend of course.
