playing a new videogame (requiring learning new things and intense focus), smoking a cigarette and sleep deprivation is not a good combo. I feel vaguely disoriented and confused. im feeling extremely dissociated right now

I was getting mixture of no sleep and then 3-4 hours a night this last week. Felt weird and pretty bad

I even hate just being awake till 2am cos i'll wake up groggy and sleep deprived the next day

yeah boyo, it sucks. one bad thing about being NEET is that its super easy for your daily schedule to go haywire. I need some kind of externally imposed pressure to maximize my productivity, overall balance and feeling of well-being

I might try going to bed earlier and just resist taking naps during the day. you would think it would be a fail-proof strategy but its actually hit or miss IME

My schedule is getting back on track. Last few days have been sleeping at 7-8pm and waking up 5-6am. Still feel like I'm playing catch-up, but my sleeps are getting longer and feeling less tired each day. At this point it's about discipline and avoiding staying up stupidly late one night, which will throw everything off
