Should I escape into another country or negotiate with the judges?

When I didn’t take meds and had my shizophrenic episode I send jb nudes to a friend
and he got busted. Now the cops are after me what should I do? Can I get acquittal from the court because I was shizo? I would never do that when I’m normal on meds. Or it’s better to escape? I will get minimum 1 year

talk to a lawyer, for real. a lawyer would be able to tell you if the meds excuse will work or not
